Organizational Design in Action

Organizational Design in Action is a project of experience learning associated to the course of Organizational Development and Behaviour. Students, divided into groups, are challenged by real organizational design issues that companies are facing in their growh strategies through M&As, alliances and interationalization processes.

Here is the list of companies that over the years (starting from the a.y. 2016-2017) have participated to this project: Sirmax Group, Legor, Fonte Margherita, Italchimica, Ondulkart, Voestalpine Böhler Welding Fileur, Hiref, Melegatti, Dab Pumps, Bat Group, Mixcycling, P&G, Euronda, Fanti Group, VAR Group, Scamosceria Astico, Gonzato Group.
